Black Coffee’s Clifton mansion on Nettleton Road has officially set a new national property record at R157 million — making the Grammy-winning DJ the owner of South Africa’s most expensive home.
The mansion AKA rented in Bryanston resurfaced on the market, months after he was viciously gunned down in Durban.
The plush Hyde Park home, valued at R12 million, which has been vacant since the couple's cross-border escape, is back on the rental market for R70 000 per month.
The Clifton mansion was sold for R84 million to an unknown bidder, but the war for its occupancy in the richest street in South Africa, is not over.
Only a few will have the fortune to mark their initials on this 199-year-old Plett jewel.
