A cloud of suspicion hangs over the untimely passing of Kasia Lenhardt, the former girlfriend of German footballer Jerome Boateng.
Jerome Boateng’s ex found dead
As reported by E Online, the 25-year-old model was found dead in her home in Charlottenburg, Berlin, on Tuesday. According to police, all indications point towards her taking her own life.
“[On Tuesday] at around 20:30, there was a police operation in Charlottenburg on suspicion of suicide. A lifeless person was found in the home. There are no indications of third-party negligence,” the police noted in a press statement.
The passing of the 25-year-old comes a few days after her love affair with Boateng ended in a messy public scandal, where the German footballer confirmed the break-up in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“We will go our separate ways from now on. That is regrettable, but for my family and for me it is the only right one. I had to take this step and draw a line. I apologize to everyone I’ve hurt especially with my ex-girlfriend Rebecca and our children.
I am disappointed in myself too. A man has to take responsibility and act in the interests of his family and I’m doing it now. I wish Kasia all the best,” the footballer wrote.
Nothing further has come from Boateng since the news of Lenhardt’s death.

The 25-year-old was well-renowned in Europe’s modelling industry. The Polish-born beauty rose to fame when she appeared on Germany’s Next Top Model franchise back in 2012. She was only 16 years old back then.
At 19, Lenhardt welcomed her son, Noah. In a heartbreaking revelation, it was discovered that the 25-year-old allegedly took her own life on Noah’s sixth birthday.
Boateng’s previous claims of Lenhardt’s temperament and her alcohol addiction may have led to their publicised breakup. However, according to those who knew her, the 25-year-old was a lot more than that.
