The 24-year-old’s pictures of herself in a bikini, posed next to a swimming pool, on a hot summer’s day has ruffled feathers.
Some of the comments left beneath this post are too vulgar and repulsive to quote. However, the gist of it is, people were generally outraged by Musida‘s self-confidence.
Social media demands more from Miss SA
Immediately after the pictures landed on social media, people were divided in opinion about the conduct of a pageant queen. Some felt the nudes were a bit much and more was expected from the 24-year-old.
Others noted the trend in how South Africans have not accepted Musida as their new pageant queen, often shaming her body and finding fault in everything she does.
Musida had not given the backlash any of her prized attention, at the time this article was published.
