GLOW Johannesburg 2026 tickets are on sale for Saturday, 3 October 2026, after organiser Wholesome Women added a second session at Fourways Mall to meet demand for the women’s wellness experience.
Wholesome Women confirmed the extra session, as reported by HYPE Magazine, after the original single sitting drew strong interest following its 15 August ticket launch.
GLOW returns to Johannesburg for a second time this year, having launched in the city before expanding to Durban in June 2026.
What Glow Johannesburg 2026 tickets include
Early bird tickets cost R395, limited in number, with regular tickets priced at R450 once the discounted allocation sells out, both bookable through Quicket.
Wholesome Women has ruled out refunds on any ticket already purchased, and guests must collect their goodie bag in person, since organisers will not ship or hold items for later collection.
The two sessions run from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00 at Fourways Mall’s Main Promotional Court in Sandton, Johannesburg. Organisers have set a strict no-under-18s policy for both sittings, in line with the adult-focused format of the wellness experience.
What to expect at Glow Johannesburg
The event moves guests through five pillars, Move, Align, Fuel, Glow and Connect, blending energising instructor-led fitness sessions with practical nourishment guidance, a signature Glow Girl self-expression segment, and thought-provoking conversations aimed at resetting mindset. Under Armour returns as headline partner, continuing its role in the GLOW series since the brand’s Johannesburg debut.
Shantal Moeko, co-founder of Wholesome Women, said the Johannesburg response caught the team off guard.
“We knew Johannesburg was ready for GLOW, but the response has exceeded our expectations. Adding a second session means we can open the experience up to more women while still keeping everything that makes GLOW so special, the energy, the connection, the movement and that feeling of being part of something bigger.”
Tamaryn Nicholson, co-founder of Wholesome Women, said the goal is for guests to leave with something real.
“GLOW is about creating an experience rather than simply another event. We want women to walk away feeling like they have moved their bodies, filled their cups, learnt something new, connected with other women and, most importantly, had a genuinely great time.”
Regular tickets go on sale once the early bird allocation is exhausted, with Wholesome Women yet to confirm a release date. The two sessions at Fourways Mall on 3 October mark GLOW’s return to its Johannesburg roots, after the platform expanded nationally with a Durban edition in June 2026. Wholesome Women has described GLOW as its flagship experience for South Africa’s growing women’s wellness community.
