Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have finally confirmed their dog, a Samoyed named Wendy, after Kelce spilled the details on the New Heights podcast on Wednesday, 2 September 2026.
The couple had been dodging questions about the fluffy white Samoyed for months, with entertainment outlets reduced to calling her the mystery dog, as reported by CNN.
Kelce cleared it up himself on the season premiere of the podcast he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce.

Kelce did not exactly make a formal announcement. He dropped Wendy’s age into the conversation like she had been sitting there all along, casually clocking how much the Samoyed has grown since she quietly joined the household.
Travis Kelce put Wendy’s age plainly:
“Little ‘ol Wendy’s a little over a year old now.”
His brother sounded caught off guard. Jason Kelce had clearly not received the memo that the family’s best-kept secret had a name, and he said so on air, which is how listeners learnt the couple had been guarding the detail on purpose.
